Stews Jengkol

Well I'll try to make my own dishes based on fabrications, namely Stews Jengkol. This is the typical food cuisine from Indonesia where I live, without much further ado we immediately prepare ingredients in need:

Ingredients:
1 / 2 Kg Jengkol who was rather old
Cooking oil to taste
sufficient water

Seasonings:
150 gr fresh red chillies
5 spring onions
5 cloves garlic
4 items hazelnut
1 / 2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper seeds
250 ml thick coconut milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 cm galangal (crushed)
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass (crushed)
1 tomato red
flavoring to taste
salt to taste

Method:
1. Jengkol Boil until tender look, then crushed jengkol to sprawl, set aside.
2. Crush the red chili, onion, garlic, nutmeg, mace, pepper seeds until smooth.
3. Heat oil and stir-fry seasoning that has been finely ground.
4. Add lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves, saute until fragrant, then add enough water.
5. Put jengkol already crushed, add the coconut milk, soy sauce, salt, and flavorings.
6. Boil and cook until flavors mingle, pick up and serve.

Good luck
