Chicken Chillies Green


For this recipe I will try to cook Chicken Chillies Green, ingredients are in need of them:

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
cooking oil to taste



Seasonings:
10 grains of red onion
7 red chilies
7 pieces cayenne pepper
8 green chilies
3 lime leaves
1 turmeric leaf
1 stalk lemongrass
2 green tomatoes (rather large)
Tamarind to taste
sufficient water

How to cook:
- Chicken is cut according to taste, wash until clean.
- Add the chicken into (a mixture of salt, tamarind, and water)
- Let stand for 20 minutes so marinade is absorbed.
- Heat the cooking oil, fry the chicken pieces until golden browned, then remove from heat.
- Green Chillies, red chilies, cayenne pepper, red onion, tomatoes and salt, coarse ground.
- Saute the spices in cooking oil to taste, enter the lemongrass and lime leaves, stir until it smells fragrant and ripe, reduce the heat
- Enter the chicken had been fried, stir until blended.
- Discard lime leaves, turmeric leaves, and stalks lemongrass, lift and ready to serve.
