Ingredients:
1 kg of beef
3 coconuts rather old (to be made coconut milk 2 liters)
Seasonings:
1 stem lemon grass (crushed)
1 turmeric leaf
3 lime leaves
Spices that are:
50 g Shallots
1 tablespoon garlic (crushed)
100 gr minced chilli
1 tablespoon ginger that has been smoothed
5 cm galangal
salt to taste
How to cook:
- Mix the coconut milk, turmeric leaf, kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass, then enter the spices that have been mashed to a boil, reduce the flame.
- Enter the beef was cut into pieces, stirring constantly, until the mature evenly.
-Cook the meat over medium heat until the milk dries up and is quite mature.
-Remove from the fire, and serve while hot.
