Fried Banana Chocolate


Ingredient :
10 pcs plantain
100 g dark chocolate, comb, cut lengthwise
2 egg whites, beaten off
100 gr flour panir



omelette:
125 g high protein flour
1 egg btr
350 ml of water
1 tablespoon milk powder
1 tablespoon liquid margarine
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Method:
1. Place the flour and milk powder in a container, make a hollow in the middle, pour the eggs, salt and margarine, stir rotate while pour the water little by little. Stir until smooth and dull. Let stand for 20 minutes.
2. Heat a flat non-stick skillet, make the omelette until the dough runs out.
3. Take a piece of omelette, put the bananas, sprinkle with chocolate, roll, and fold up to the meeting.
4. Dip into egg white, roll in flour panir above. Let sit in freezer for 30 minutes.
5. Heat oil and deep fry until golden yellow bananas. Lift.
6. Serve while hot with a sprinkling of brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
Serves 6
